What We Do

The Constable Care Child Safety Foundation is a non-profit organisation teaching kids to ‘do the right thing’ through puppet theatre and interactive performances. Our groundbreaking, proven approach reaches up to 180,000 children every year, covering topics such as graffiti, alcohol and drugs, road safety, protective behaviours, health, respect and bullying.

Designed for children aged two to twelve, Constable Care’s puppet shows and plays speak directly to kids in a language they understand. The format is engaging and fun and our professional company of performers facilitate an interactive question time at the end of every performance designed to reinforce key messages.

Our events staff liaise directly with schools to determine the most appropriate performance for each class group. Parents are encouraged to support the Constable Care message at home by using key Constable Care mottos in their parenting (such as “Remember to always be kind, otherwise friends might be hard to find” and “When bullies try to pick a fight, telling someone else is right”).

To find out when Constable Care is next in your local community visit the Where We Are & When page or check out our About Us and FAQ pages to learn more about the organisation and our work.

Although it might seem cool at the time, it's never right to commit a crime!
